Sallys Welt began as a passion project by Saliha “Sally” Özcan – today, the brand inspires a massive community with baking tools, kitchen essentials, and its own product line. What makes it stand out? A close-knit community, a genuine love for baking, and a consistent brand experience – online and offline alike.
As the brand grew, so did its challenges: the existing Shopware platform regularly hit its limits during traffic peaks, and the online store wasn’t connected to the flagship store. Sallys Welt needed a platform that’s stable, seamlessly omnichannel, and built to scale with the team.
