UX Designer (m/f/d)

At Hyghstreet, you’ll work alongside developers, project managers, and strategists to build Shopify stores that not only look amazing but perform flawlessly.
Your Responsibilities
Concept & Design
- Design and develop user-centered e-commerce experiences (wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI)
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and strategists to bring designs to life
Usability & Performance
- Conduct usability tests, analyze user feedback, and implement data-driven UX improvements
- Ensure a smooth client journey throughout every project
Design Culture & Agency Growth
- Continuously optimize internal design processes and workflows
- Create mockups, audits, and design pitches to support project acquisition
- Help develop proposals and contribute to client presentations
Your Profile
- Experience in UX/UI design, ideally in e-commerce, with strong skills in Figma
- A compelling portfolio showcasing intuitive, conversion-focused design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Initiative, organizational skills, and a structured working style
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS); Shopify experience is a plus
