Your Responsibilities

Projects & Growth

  • Lead and manage Shopify projects, taking full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle – from planning and execution to successful launch.
  • Work closely with clients and coordinate the project team, consisting of developers, designers, and other specialists.

Operations & Client Experience

  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure a smooth client journey and build long-term partnerships (Client Success Program).

Company Building

  • Continuously optimize project processes and methodologies.
  • Support the acquisition of new projects and the development of proposals.

What you bring

  • Experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, as well as with common methods.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Initiative, organizational skills and a structured way of working.
  • Experience with Shopify (advantageous).
