Your Responsibilities
Projects & Growth
- Lead and manage Shopify projects from planning to launch
- Coordinate project teams and workflows
- Plan project roadmaps, milestones, and releases
Operations & Client Experience
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Maintain a smooth client journey
- Collaborate closely with clients and build long-term partnerships (Client Success Program)
Company Building
- Optimize internal project processes and workflows
- Support business development and proposal creation
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Initiative, organizational skills, and a structured working style
- Familiarity with agile methods (Gantt / Kanban) is a plus
- Shopify experience is a bonus, but not required
